1. Ensure Airset Generator is Installed

2. Navigate to Trustpilot

  • Open the Trustpilot website and locate the business account from which you want to extract reviews.

3. Access the Business Profile

  • Click on the business name to go to its profile page. Once there, if reviews are available, the Airset Generator will begin scraping them.

4. Initiate Data Collection

  • Click the Airset Generator icon in your browser and select the "Generate" button from the pop-up window. This will start compiling reviews into your Airset.

Tip: For convenience, pin the Airset Generator next to your browser's address bar. This provides easy access while also displaying a small badge that indicates the amount of data currently scraped, helping you track your progress.

5. Automatic Page Scraping

  • Once initiated, the extension will automatically continue scraping reviews from subsequent pages.

6. Complete Data Collection

  • When you've collected the desired number of reviews, end the process by clicking the "Continuing" button in the window. This action will finalize and create your Airset.

Note: Be aware that you can scrape a maximum of 1000 Trustpilot comments at a time with the Airset Generator. Adjust your data collection accordingly to meet this limit.

7. Access Your Airset

  • Your latest Airset will be listed first in the "Latest Airsets" section of the Airset Generator window. Click on the Airset name to review your dataset, ensuring you are logged into your Kimola account.
  • Alternatively, navigate to your dashboard and select the Airsets tab under the Datasets menu on the left panel. All your Airsets will be displayed in order, from most recent to oldest.
