Whether you're enhancing clarity with a new title, adding insightful descriptions, or keeping your workspace organized by removing outdated reports, these settings offer the flexibility you need. Let’s explore how you can personalize your reports to not only look their best but also serve you better!
Start by logging into your Kimola Dashboard and heading to the reports page. Select the specific report you wish to edit by clicking on its title, icon, or “View” button. Once inside the report, navigate to the "Settings" page via the menu on the left panel to access all customization options.

1. Change the Report Name
Craft a clear and purposeful title that encapsulates your report's content. A well-chosen name assists you and your team in easily identifying and managing reports. Click on the report title within the settings, type your new desired name, and save your changes to update it.

2. Add a Description to the Report
Enhance your report by providing a detailed description. This feature allows you to add context and summarize key insights or objectives, making the report more accessible and valuable to any reader. In the settings, click the description area and provide a concise summary of the report's purpose and findings, then save to ensure it's recorded.

3. Download Dataset
For those requiring raw data for deeper analysis, navigate to the "Datasets" section under the report settings tab and click "download" to access the original dataset.

4. Delete a Report
Keep your report collection streamlined by removing outdated or unnecessary files. This option helps maintain a neat workspace focused only on relevant data. Scroll to the bottom of the report settings page and click "delete report." Confirm by selecting "delete now" in the confirmation window—remember, this action is irreversible. To abort, click "cancel."

For efficient report management, you can easily delete reports straight from the Reports page without opening them. Just find the report, click the arrow next to the "View" button on the right, and select "Delete" from the dropdown menu. In the confirmation box, choose "Yes, delete" to proceed, or select "Cancel" if you reconsider.
By effectively utilizing these settings, you can maintain a well-organized and readily accessible report library. Ensure your reports are descriptive, relevant, and aligned with your goals by leveraging these straightforward yet powerful tools within Kimola’s "Report Settings."
