Delete and Recover Records in ReportsEngaging with consumer feedback is a crucial step towards understanding your audience and refining your strategies. One of the benefits of using Kimola's dashboard is the ability to trace each piece of feedback back to its original source. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to accessing URLs in your report, ensuring you can seamlessly navigate from insightful analysis to the originating platform.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Your Kimola Account

Start by logging into your Kimola account. Once logged in, you'll access the dashboard where all the magic begins.

2. Upload Your Custom Data Set

On the dashboard, find the option to upload your custom data set. Ensure that the data set is in Excel format and ready for analysis.

3. Select the Relevant Columns

Once uploaded, it's time to set your columns:

  • Text Column: Choose the column that contains consumer feedbacks.
  • URL Column: Select the column that houses the URLs corresponding to each feedback.
  • Date Column: Pick the column that notes when each comment was made.

With these selections, you can create the report, which will now include links to the feedback source, the comments themselves, and the time of posting.

4. Access the Analysis Page

Navigate to the analysis page. You can do this by clicking on the “Analysis” option under the report menu on the left side panel or by selecting "See Full Analysis" located in the upper right corner of the dashboard.

5. Interact with the Comments

On the analysis page, you'll see comments listed in succession. Each comment will have a date in the lower right corner. Clicking on this date takes you directly to the feedback's original source platform.

Tip

When creating a report, if you add a link, Kimola scrapes the URLs and automatically appends them to your data as separate columns. This feature simplifies the URL selection process, streamlining your workflow.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly track back any piece of consumer feedback to its rightful context, allowing for deeper insights and more informed decision-making.
