Converting your Kimola reports into PDF format is a simple and effective way to share your insights in a professional and widely accessible format. PDFs ensure your data is presented neatly, maintaining the layout and design of your report. Follow these step-by-step instructions to export your report as a PDF:

Step 1: Access Your Report

  • Log into your Kimola Dashboard and navigate to the reports page.
  • Locate the specific report you wish to export.
  • Click on the report’s title, icon or “View” button to open it.

Tip: If you're looking to export your report to PDF  more quickly without navigating to the analysis page, you can download each report directly from the Reports page. Simply click on the arrow next to the view button on the right and select PDF  as the report format.

Step 3: See Full Analysis

  • To see the complete details of your report, use the "See Full Analysis" button in the upper right corner of the screen. Alternatively, access the analysis page through the reports menu on the left panel.

Step 4: Start the Export Process

  • Once you are on the analysis page, click on the export dropdown menu located at the top right of the screen.
  • In the export options, choose "PDF" as your desired file format. This ensures that your report is converted into a format that's easily shareable and retains the original formatting.

 Step 5: Apply Filters to Your Report

  • If you wish to download your report with specific filters applied, first apply the desired filters to your report.
  • Click on the export button and select the report format.
  • In the window that opens, select the "Apply current filter" option if you want to include those filters. If you prefer to download the report without any filters applied, simply click on "download without a filter."

Step 6: Download the File

  • After the PDF is generated, it will be ready for download. Depending on your browser settings, the file may automatically download to your default downloads folder, or you might be prompted to choose a location to save the file.

Step 7: Open and Use PDF File

  • Locate the downloaded file on your computer and open it using any PDF reader to review and share your data as needed.
