ResellerRatings is a customer feedback platform where users share detailed experiences about online retailers, shipping processes, product quality, and service satisfaction. These reviews can provide valuable insight for competitive analysis, brand monitoring, or understanding customer sentiment.

With Kimola’s Airset Generator, you can automatically collect ResellerRatings reviews and send them to your Kimola Dashboard for analysis. Each dataset you create becomes an Airset — a raw data collection containing the reviews you scraped. Airsets are saved in your dashboard, where you can review them, manage them, or turn them into reports.

This article explains how to scrape ResellerRatings reviews step by step:

Getting Ready

Make sure the Airset Generator extension is installed and configured with your API Key, and that you are signed in to your Kimola Dashboard. If setup is not completed yet, follow this guide: Set up the Airset Browser Extension

Step 1: Open the ResellerRatings Page

Go to resellerratings.com and open the store or brand page whose reviews you want to collect. Scroll down until you reach the customer reviews section.

Step 2: Start the Airset Generator

Click the Airset Generator icon in your browser toolbar and select Generate in the pop-up window. The extension will begin reading and collecting the reviews currently visible on the page.

Step 3: Allow Automatic Review Collection

The Airset Generator will continue scraping reviews as you scroll and load more. You can monitor the scraping progress directly from the extension window.

Step 4: Complete the Collection

When you’ve gathered the amount of data you need, click Continue in the extension window. This finalizes the scraping and creates your Airset, which is automatically sent to your Kimola Dashboard.

Note

The Airset Generator can collect up to 1,000 ResellerRatings reviews in a single session.

Step 5: Access Your Airset

Once the scraping process is complete, your new dataset will appear under Latest Airsets in the extension window. Click its name to open and review your collected ResellerRatings reviews in your Kimola Dashboard.
