Scrape Booking.com Reviews with Airset Generator
3 mins read - Updated on Nov 03, 2025Booking.com is one of the most trusted travel platforms where millions of guests share honest feedback about their stays. These reviews reveal key insights into service quality, guest experience, and overall satisfaction, helping hospitality professionals and researchers better understand what travelers value most.
With Kimola’s Airset Generator — a Chrome browser extension — you can automatically collect Booking.com reviews and save them to your Kimola Dashboard for analysis. Each collection becomes an Airset, stored under the Airsets section, where you can organize, analyze, and generate reports later.
This article explains how to collect reviews from Booking.com step by step.
Before you begin:
Make sure the Airset Generator is installed and set up in your browser. Log into your Kimola account and connect your API Key. If you haven’t completed setup yet, follow the Set up the Airset Browser Extension guide.
Step 1: Open the Property Page
Visit Booking.com and find the hotel or property whose reviews you want to analyze. Open the property’s page and wait for all visible details to load.
Step 2: Access the Guest Reviews
Scroll down or click the Guest Reviews tab to view all guest feedback.
Ensure that reviews are displayed clearly — the Airset Generator will only scrape visible content on the page.
You can collect up to 1,000 reviews per session using the Airset Generator.
For larger datasets, repeat the process after the first batch is complete.
Step 3: Launch the Airset Generator
Click the Airset Generator icon in your browser’s toolbar.
From the pop-up window, select Generate to start the data collection.
The extension will automatically detect the reviews and begin capturing them in real time.
Pin the Airset Generator beside your browser’s address bar for quick access. While scraping, the icon will display a badge showing how many reviews have been collected — making it easy to track progress.
Step 4: Automatic Collection and Completion
The Airset Generator seamlessly moves through multiple review pages, ensuring you don’t have to reload manually. Once you’ve gathered enough data, click Continuing in the extension to complete the process. Your Airset will then be finalized and sent to your Kimola Dashboard.
Step 5: Access and Manage Your Airset
Once scraping is complete, your new Airset will appear under Latest Airsets in the extension window. From there, you can easily review or manage your collected data.
To continue:
- View all your Airsets in one place — see List Airsets
- Rename, download, or delete datasets — see Manage Airsets
- Turn your collected data into insights — see Create a Report with an Airset
By following these steps, you can efficiently turn authentic guest reviews from Booking.com into structured datasets — ready for analysis, insight generation, and data-driven hospitality decisions.
