  • So run down. The curtains were dirty, brown old carpet and an upholstered chair that looked 20 years old. The cleaning staff is doing their best, but there was a disgusting smell coming from the sink in the tiny bathroom. The hotel and all others around were sold out or I would not have stayed. I have itchy bug bites appearing the day after my stay—characteristic of bedbugs. Staff was nice, but I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

  • When a local competitor had system blackouts and refused to assist, we saw this hotel was still taking reservations. We were helped by Mario and received fantastic service.
