Was staying with my friend at this hotel Mario the overnight person was very helpful A+ service.
The room hospitality and Breakfast was great..What we experienced in the bathroom was blood under the toilet seat and there was a lady across from our window view laying in the bed the whole time
So run down. The curtains were dirty, brown old carpet and an upholstered chair that looked 20 years old. The cleaning staff is doing their best, but there was a disgusting smell coming from the sink in the tiny bathroom. The hotel and all others around were sold out or I would not have stayed. I have itchy bug bites appearing the day after my stayâcharacteristic of bedbugs. Staff was nice, but I couldnât wait to get out of there.
Nice person Mario front desk helped a lot
When a local competitor had system blackouts and refused to assist, we saw this hotel was still taking reservations. We were helped by Mario and received fantastic service.
Clean, secure and a great place to stay within walking distance of monuments and the staff was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!
