    I have been a member for 45 yrs. At first, an outstanding company now they are unable to do the simplest tasks.The incompetency of people working there is self evident. They no longer care about Veterans and their needs.Need insurance look elsewhere.

    I wish I cound give them 0. It is soo bad, typing it while on hold. I have been transferred 3 times and now waiting while the lady from USAA studying their policy. She doesn't know the policy of the bank she is working for! Her name Stephany Y3108.
