    Account management is atrocious, you can’t create one account with the app, you need to go on the desktop. Then it’s impossible to figure out why the account creation didn’t work. App in not intuitive or making sense.

  • AWFUL CODING SET UP ON APP

    This app never works properly, always crashes.
    Never able to book the swimming, sauna etc as it does not load.

    Not sure who better paid to code this but I ask that they get a refund and pay some real software engineers to sort it out

  • Does not take payment, poor security

    Very clunky interface. Would not take payment after multiple efforts with different cards. It’d be easier to just allow us to pay via cash or card at the gym itself, rather than waste time failing to pay this way. Could Better remove the app? They’d make more revenue.

  • Junior membership

    Be aware that junior members like my 14 year old have to pre-book a slot to use the gym or they get turned away at the door. But the app to make pre-bookings is only available to people aged 17+

    Customer services are less than interested in this.

    Really frustrating app doesn’t load or let you see anything ! At this point it doesn’t even let you scan your card when you get to the leisure centre !
