I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The status was changed to âgetting ready to shipâ the next day. The item still hasnât shipped and the store refuses to cancel the order. Iâm pregnant - the item is related to pregnancy and therefore time sensitive. Customer service was unhelpful.
