  • Misled by customer service and Horrible return policy!!

    vibrathotics: $99.99. Tried them on… super noisy!! Called to return. Darrius, CSR, said no problem. Then I get email saying since I opened them I can’t return! This is WRONG.

  • I placed an order over 2 weeks ago

    I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The status was changed to “getting ready to ship” the next day. The item still hasn’t shipped and the store refuses to cancel the order. I’m pregnant - the item is related to pregnancy and therefore time sensitive. Customer service was unhelpful.

  • I had a return for a damaged package…

    I had a return for a damaged package and product and was refunded less a $5.00 fee, this was no fault of my own so not sure why I wouldn't be refunded in full - any other store would assume responsibility and refund fully or issue a new product.

    Everything arrived quickly and in great condition. I was happy with the prices and product selection as well. I did have a small problem but customer service quickly fixed it! I would use this site again and will be recommending others to try them out.
