  • Flight was delayed and no one contacted me by phone, text or email. Very unprofessional.

    I had a flight to leave this morning, March 6th @ 6:14 am and guess what got to airport and my flight is delayed..I never got a text , email or phone call foray delayed information. So I am Still at the Erie International Airport and there's not a plane in sight. I have waited ALL day,, Because no from American Airlines couldn't notify me of any changes to my flight. I paid my hard earned money to fly American Airlines and, not one type of consideration from your company...needless to say my whole day is wasted and my vacation cut short....

    I have a $75. voucher with Frontier to be used before3/10/24. There was no place to apply to voucher as the Frontier Customer assistance said it wouldapplied. Also, this cost is $50. higher than flights posted yesterday.
