Scrape Glassdoor Reviews with Airset Generator
3 mins read - Created on Dec 09, 2025Glassdoor is a widely used platform where employees and candidates share insights about companies, workplaces, salaries, and interview experiences. Collecting these reviews can help HR teams, researchers, and analysts understand organizational reputation, employee sentiment, and workplace trends.
With Kimola’s Airset Generator — a Chrome browser extension — you can automatically extract Glassdoor reviews and send them directly to your Kimola Dashboard for analysis. Each dataset you collect becomes an Airset, which stores raw Glassdoor review data. Airsets are saved under your dashboard’s dataset section and can later be reviewed, managed, or used to generate AI-powered reports.
This article explains how to scrape Glassdoor reviews step by step:
Ensure that the Airset Generator extension is installed and set up on your Chrome browser, and that your API Key is connected. If you haven’t completed setup yet, follow this guide: Set up the Airset Browser Extension
Step 1: Open the Glassdoor Company Page
Go to glassdoor.com and search for the company whose reviews you want to collect. Open the company profile and navigate to the Reviews tab.
Step 2: Start the Airset Generator
Click the Airset Generator icon in your browser toolbar and select Generate in the pop-up window. The extension will begin reading and collecting the reviews currently visible on the page.
For quick access, consider pinning the Airset Generator extension to your browser’s toolbar. During scraping, the extension icon will display a small counter that indicates the number of reviews collected in real time.
Step 3: Allow Automatic Review Collection
The Airset Generator will continue scraping reviews as you scroll and load more. You can monitor the scraping progress directly from the extension window.
The Airset Generator can collect up to 1,000 ResellerRatings reviews in a single session.
Step 4: Complete the Collection
When you’ve gathered the amount of data you need, click Continue in the extension window. This finalizes the scraping and creates your Airset, which is automatically sent to your Kimola Dashboard.
Step 5: Access Your Airset
Once the scraping process is complete, your new Airset will appear under Latest Airsets in the extension window. Click its name to open and review your collected Glassdoor reviews in your Kimola Dashboard. If you need to view, download, or delete your dataset, see Manage Airsets; to browse all datasets you've created so far, visit List Airsets; and when you're ready to analyze the reviews using AI models and interpretations, continue with Create a Report with an Airset.
By following these steps, you can efficiently collect Glassdoor company reviews and prepare them for AI-powered analysis in Kimola.
