Scrape Best Buy Reviews with Airset Generator
3 mins read - Created on Dec 09, 2025Best Buy hosts thousands of customer reviews that help businesses understand real user experiences with electronics, home appliances, and technology products. With Kimola’s Airset Generator — a Chrome browser extension — you can automatically collect these reviews and send them to your Kimola Dashboard for analysis.
Each dataset collected with the extension becomes an Airset, which contains the raw review text and related metadata. All Airsets are stored in your Kimola Dashboard, where they can be reviewed, managed, or used to generate reports.
This article explains how to scrape Best Buy reviews step by step:
Before you begin, make sure:
- The Airset Generator Chrome extension is installed and set up.
- You are signed in to your Kimola Dashboard and your API Key is connected.
If you haven’t completed setup yet, follow this guide: Set up the Airset Browser Extension
Step 1: Open the Best Buy Product Page
Go to bestbuy.com and open the product page containing the reviews you want to collect.
Step 2: Load the Full Reviews Section
Scroll down to the Reviews area and click Explore all reviews to open the complete list.
On the reviews page, click Show more to load additional reviews. Continue loading until you reach the amount of content you want collected. The Airset Generator starts reading from what is visible, so loading more reviews beforehand ensures a more complete dataset.
Step 3: Start the Airset Generator
Click the Airset Generator icon in your Chrome toolbar and select Generate in the pop-up window. The extension will begin scanning the visible reviews and collecting them into a new Airset.
For quick access, consider pinning the Airset Generator extension to your browser’s toolbar. During scraping, the extension icon will display a small counter that indicates the number of reviews collected in real time.
Step 4: Complete the Scraping Process
When the extension finishes collecting reviews, click Continue in the Airset Generator window to finalize your dataset. Your Airset will be created and automatically sent to your Kimola Dashboard.
The Airset Generator can extract up to 1,000 Best Buy reviews in one session, so be sure to load only the amount of data you want within this limit before starting.
Step 5: Access Your Airset
Once scraping is complete, your new dataset will appear under Latest Airsets in the extension window. Click its name to open and review your collected Best Buy reviews in your Kimola Dashboard.
For next steps:
- To view or delete your Airset, see Manage Airsets.
- To browse all Airsets you’ve created so far, see List Airsets.
- To analyze your reviews using AI models and interpretations, continue with Create a Report with an Airset.
By following these steps, you can efficiently collect Best Buy product reviews and prepare them for AI-powered analysis in Kimola.
