Stanley SL18116P Wet/Dry Vacuum: Mixed Reviews on Suction Power and Versatility

Great purchase overall. But why are the screws that should be provided not provided? It says on page 6 of the instructions that the castors are suppose to be "secure with screws provided". Just seems like unnecessary friction for the end user for no reason. These screws are at most a dollar or two for a pack of 8. Makes no sense why its not included. People using the vacuum just feel frustrated that they need to go to home depot to fix your product/stop the wheels from falling off.

4/5 missing screws creates frustration which creates an unhappy memory when thinking of this product. First impressions are everything.

Use it for my garage cleaning, after vacuuming the whole area. I changeed it to a blower. Work very well for cleaning car also.

I have a 21 year old Trane HVAC unit trying to give up the ghost really my fault poor maintenance with filter changes etc. The condensation line backed up for the 2nd time in two years likely due to filthy filter and condenser coil and obstructed drain line outside packed with dirt !! Bought this primarily to try and see if I could rectify the issue myself of resolving the issue before the AC guy tells me the obvious time for a new unit ! I have used it for about an hour sucking water out of my carpet has strong suction for its size and is performing exceptionally well ! To early to rate longevity but if it holds up for the cost a 5 start device !

Great vacuum but it lacks suction adapters such as a nozzle with a brush. A longer cord is also helpful in a garage, especially when vacuuming a vehicle.

It's very light, but was easy to assemble. Has sections for sucking or blowing. Multitude of attachments. Only used once but the suction power seems sufficient so far.
