    Takes you all the way through the introductory process and asks for personal information, then a pop up offers a subscription with options.
    There is no free option apart from discovering that you’re tied into a seven day trial.

    There should be an indicator under the “get button” in the App Store to show this app ultimately will ask you for money. (IMO)
    It may well be that this app is very worthwhile and value for money, but why the lack of transparency???

    Annoying!!! Deleted it immediately!

  • Missing some key emotions

    I like this app a lot, but when choosing the emotions I’m feeling, it doesn’t include a few I expected (and often feel). Depressed, angry, anxious, stressed, excited, and most of all… overwhelmed.

    I know depressed/anxious/stressed encompass several of the emotions already listed, but sometimes those feelings are bigger than words can describe.

    This app helps me keep track of my emotions and makes me think about then helping my identify when I’m feeling certain ways. The color update is bad but otherwise a good app.

  • Great app, I wish they start adding more topics and exercise

    somehow exercise really effective and different than other meditation sessions. However they added minimal new sessions over the past 2 years , would like more variety. Good luck on the app
