    Super easy way to track what food you put in your mouth. Seeing the meals on the daily log page has helped me to stop eating candy and drinking soda. Maybe the most important thing it has helped me to do is to eat enough! Now I know I didnt eat enough and that was on my way.

  • This really works!

    Never really tried to lose weight before but this App really helps. It reminds you when weighing yourself daily to record what you see. Though the steps to attaining your pre-set goal are small, the graph shows you are getting there! Fun to watch. But when you are very close to your destination, just look into the mirror and see yourself thinner and very happy!
