solid 0/10 arrived early 11am, got told our room would be priority and we would get a phonecall. went into london city. we got a call at 5pm to say our room is now ready.room was bigben view. room was not clean. mini bar empty. bottles of water 4£. would not return to this hotel. very expensive for what it actually is.

Nice hotel and excellent staff, among whom I would like to highlight Myriam from the front desk, who was very professional and helpful.

Adoramos ter experimentado as comidas do hotel, e ter os pontos turísticos como o Big Ben e a London Eye bem próximos, praças também, além de ótimos restaurantes ao redor por perto. If you’re visiting London for the first time book a room in this hotel you’ll not regret it.

The good thing about this hotel is that it’s sound proof, you can’t hear the street noise, and the view of our room was great, the housekeeping ladies were so nice and helpful. The reception man was so helpful and got us early check when we came early from 12h flight , he was nice enough to let us rest early, however the hotel deserves less than 4 startsThe bathroom sink was floating, no enough tissue, no dental kits or other kits you usually find in other hotelsthe breakfast was so limited and no varieties, the coffee machine making the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted, so basically not worth the moneyOh and the restaurant reception lady is a whole other story, sooo rude speaking like if we came to eat for free !!!!!
