  • Odd pics, no reviews but here I am

    There is very little sizing guidelines, product pictures don’t show you what the piece looks like, no reviews, quality inconsistencies yet I still buy so I guess it’s not all bad.

    Address section was not available to edit and change the address many times tried 😖fainsly add a new one not editing! In this case for future order customer might make mistake with shipment by 2 address .

    Spent over an hour trying to finalize a purchase. App froze about five times, wouldn’t let me make changes to info or anything. Love the store tho.

  • highly expensive

    now don’t get me wrong, i adore zara. but recently i was purchasing a large amount of items. i estimated it would be around 300 dollars at most, but it amounted to nearly 600 bucks! i dunno about you, but i don’t have that kind of dough. causing me to remove a lot of items. i’m not saying their prices aren’t always deserved, but sometimes they’re way too much.

      Won’t open, just stuck on the loading text treatment graphic. Do better. Or don’t. It’s not like there’s a bazillion competitors selling the exact same things on apps that work. But, what do I know?

    • App design is a headache

      The layout of the app is really annoying to navigate. First of all, the items in my cart disappeared every time I relaunched the app. Secondly, each shopping page is cluttered with promotional images that distract from the products. Once you click on a product you have to swipe down to see more images or information, swiping left/right takes you to other items. The ux design, while pretty, is a headache, and honestly has put me off placing an order.

      Would appreciate it if the interface wasn’t so bunched and busy. There’s nothing wrong with simple display methods. Love the shirt films at the beginning of every season but the music credits should be provided. Otherwise great app.

      Trying to change my address is a big pain point. It didn’t recognize my address and kept suggesting the wrong ones. I had to try four times and had to outsmart them dumb google suggestions.

      i love love love zara, and all of their clothes but it’s rare to find a store. so i decided to download the app. keep in mind, i had full bars and wifi was completely connected to my home wifi system. the website froze up on me multiple time, and had done so every time i update it and happens every time i get on to it. it is highly frustrating.

      I was looking to buy a tuxedo from one of the LA locations, and the app mentioned that inventory was available. However, upon arrival they let me know that the items were out of stock and that the app sometimes doesn’t have accurate information. Hoping this issue gets resolved.

    • Good fashion collection, store isn’t operating for the best customer outcome

      The Perimeter mall store has excessively long lines for purchase and returns with 3 personnel . The waiting is excruciating and should be addressed by management . I think it would function better with adequate personnel so that customers could take time to look and shop
