    I’ve used this app for 2 years. Love it. I’m not super strict about running, I run on roads, treadmills, trails. It’s really helpful to have something set your intervals for you. Highly recommend!

    I’m so thankful k for this app and the training it provides. It paces you and helps ensure you’ll stick with running. If you start out rubbing and just run, you’ll quickly get discouraged and probably stop running all together. This app sets a plan that will help you gain a little more success each week, so you continue running week after week.

  • Great except volume issue

    You cannot lower the volume of the verbal cues which tell you when to run/walk and other guidance tips. So, while listening to music, the verbal cues are the same volume as your music, which sounds like someone is shouting in your ears unless you keep the volume low. Other than that, it seems like a good running guide.

    Super App to gradually build fitness to consistent running, with the goal of 5K or 10K. I injured myself running a half-marathon and am using to rebuild stress/fitness into my leg(s).

  • So good, excellent way to get you moving!

    I used couch to 5K to go from no running, can’t breath, hate this to loving running! If you think you hate running or that you can’t run, this app is for you. It starts so slow and is adaptable.
