The NIIMBOT label maker has received mixed reviews from users. Many appreciate its ease of use and functionality, with some calling it an excellent product. However, several complaints highlight issues such as mandatory subscription fees, difficulties with app compatibility, and limitations in label printing. Users have reported that the app crashes or fails to print after updates, creating frustration. The lack of user-friendly features for importing templates and managing labels is also a common concern. Although some customers had positive experiences with customer support, the overall sentiment indicates dissatisfaction with recent app changes and subscription requirements. While the device is seen as handy, potential buyers should proceed with caution due to these issues.
