Walmart shoppers provide spoiled food often for preparation for delivery. I am disappointed as a customer.

  • Easy and Fast

First time using the Walmart delivery system, it took me 5 minutes. Simple, search the items fast and give you alternatives. So far I like it!

  • I don’t understand why it’s like this

When I first started using the app it was fine but since last year it’s been super frustrating to use. When I’m scrolling it is jumpy and brings me back up or just freezes completely. Half the time I can’t select any options for an item I’m searching for. The sponsored items come up over and over when scrolling. The search feature is terrible I was looking for chicken nuggets and it started showing me insecticides. They seemed to have fixed the issue with it not using the card I selected so that’s nice. Honestly the only reason I’m using this is because Walmart is the only store that lets me use ebt for pickup and I’m disabled so shopping myself is extremely taxing.

  • Walmart Pay doesn’t even come close to Apple Pay.

Hate using this app. The only reason Walmart uses Walmart Pay is because they don't want to accept other mobile payment systems like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Competition. Doesn't make a lot of sense because the money is still being spent in the store regardless.
Think before you download this app and just shop at a real store like Target or Publix ..... they accept Apple Pay.

  • SPAM Marketing Notifications

I keep getting notifications about marketing, product promotions, and sales, etc, even though my app settings have promotions turned off. I double checked my settings and I only have notifications turned on for order/account updates. I don’t need random advertisements spamming my phone’s notifications but I unfortunately have to allow this app access to my notifications so I can get updates on my online pickup orders. STOP spamming people with marketing notifications they don’t want. My settings very clearly have promotions turned off. If these marketing notifications fall under another category, you need to give users the option to opt out of them!!!

  • Pickup service is great and super nice help

But the inside help is ridiculous!! I have been in the Paris KY Walmart back door garden center entrance two days in a row and there has been no one there to help you or check you out. There is no sense in this. Not only that the back door is wide open and no one there to be found. As far as I am concerned it’s the sorriest excuse for a Store that I have ever seen. That is why I do use the pick up service. They are so kind and courteous.
