    Wegen einem Namens Dreher in Vor Check in durfte ich nicht mitfliegen.Da es eine Pauschalreise war, ist der Rückflug automatisch mit verfallen.Am Schalter wurde mir gesagt, dass ich jemanden von TUI anrufen muss, damit das geändert wird.Da es 4 Uhr Morgens war, war natürlich keiner erreichbar.Nie wieder Tui!

  • Nightmare travel delay compensation form

    Had a delay last week coming back from Jamaica 18hrs and 55 mins have tried to complete delay compensation form online at least 15 times error keeps coming up called Tui head office keep being told to keep trying !!even travel agents can’t manage to complete form either would like advice please

    Hallo, unser Flughafen war ursprünglich Dortmund. Dann kam eine E Mail von TUI Abflug von Düsseldorf, Ankunft in Dortmund. Auf Nachfrage bei TUI hieß es, daß ist so richtig entweder sie machen es oder gar nicht. Naja Reise storniert und mit Alltours neu gebucht. Nie wieder TUI

    Dieser Verein ist lieb und nett bis du bezahlt hast. Danach lehnen sie jegliche Reklamation ab. Sogar wenn man die Bundesschlichtungsstelle einschalten. Und beim Support sind diese unfreundlich und ablehnend 😡😡😡
