Hallo, unser Flughafen war ursprünglich Dortmund. Dann kam eine E Mail von TUI Abflug von Düsseldorf, Ankunft in Dortmund. Auf Nachfrage bei TUI hieß es, daß ist so richtig entweder sie machen es oder gar nicht. Naja Reise storniert und mit Alltours neu gebucht. Nie wieder TUI
Dieser Verein ist lieb und nett bis du bezahlt hast. Danach lehnen sie jegliche Reklamation ab. Sogar wenn man die Bundesschlichtungsstelle einschalten. Und beim Support sind diese unfreundlich und ablehnend 😡😡😡
