    I usually do not do this but am irritated & fed up. I purchased this on black Friday. I have followed the instructions on how to redeem my purchase which is an email address stating to send voucher code which I have done multiple times w/ NO RESPONSE. Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE A MICROSOFT PRODUCT from Groupon. Their is no customer support to try & resolve things either. Hoping someone responds soon.
