Slow to update, unreliable if you want to know how much you have left. More often than not if you try top-up after midnight but before 6am, the system is down.
They have improved a bit. At least my electricity balance on the app is from the correct day but the gas balance is anything from 5 to 10 days behind. Still needs improvement. Reasonable.
Doesn't update meter balance for months now on app
App doesn't up date for atleast 4 days and is usually still2 days out. Get timeout a lot when topping up and money goes from the bank but doesn't credit the meter so I have to wait 14 days for a bank refund
App never up to date. The balance on the app can be 2 weeks out of date. Very unreliable when topping up. Can put money into pending in your bank and its never taken. Very frustrating.
Poor customer service. The app useless no real time account information on credit left. Quick enough to take your money but no help speaking to anyone have tried several times and been left on a que that seems to never move.
