  • Customer Service is Excellent!

    I had a little bit of struggle setting up because of the work shift going into the next day. The customer service representative quickly helped me with that. Only reason why not 5 stars overall is because the system does not allow you to pick the start date for your bi-weekly payroll. So I have to print 2 weekly reports to get my bi weekly payroll. Otherwise for the price I am very pleased.

  • Unfriendly and lot of errors and bugs

    App not friendly and comes with a lot of bugs. Once you registered your employer; when u edit for example
    His name or whatever, you have to register all over again his fingerprints, password etc etc

  • Very unhappy

    We have had nothing but issues since we started using this product. Half the time it won’t read our fingerprints. We have had to scan numerous times each time we wanted to clock in or out, sometimes 10-15 times. One of us, it never recognized the fingerprint. It doesn’t recognize or keep track of time correctly, when clocking in and out. I ended up having to buy a whole new time clock and now I’m just out the money.
