  • Good app, horrible support

    Actually, I have no problem with the app, at least not so far. My problem comes from having a different facing the images shown here on the site. I wanted to understand what the icons were for so I came here to see and thereā€™s nothing I went to their website and thereā€™s nothing. They have a users guide, but thereā€™s no pictures, no explanation of icons, and the ā€œContact Usā€ button does not work. For an app with all of these accolades, and good - great reviews, youā€™d think they could afford a Customer Service department or at least some photos with explanations. It is in my frustration that Iā€™m writing this review so 2 stars is all I can give.

  • Needs stereo mic support

    The apps with stereo recording (Just Press Record, Tape It) have much better audio fidelity, if Noted had that it would instantly be 5 stars.

  • Solid App

    Very solid app. Great for taking audio notes. It now offers transcription, but I just turn on speech to text before I start to record. I wish it was easier to organize, move around, & search through notes, but overall itā€™s a great app that does whatā€™s needed.

    I canā€™t get passed the subscription screen to actually try the app. Itā€™s a shame because the watch app was perfect for my needs.

  • Can't get past upgrade screen

    There is zero way to get past the subscription screen to even try out the app before deciding if you even want to subscribe. There's a week free trial, but it's the height of ignorance forcing people to sign up before they can even try the app out.
