Overstock Reviews: Great Selection and Prices, But App Issues and Quality Concerns

I can’t open the app because it keeps crashing.

I was very happy that this bookcase required no assembly! The wood was very appealing, the shelving strong and easily folds up if needed.

I feel this purchase was worth the price and the product will last a while.

I don’t have small children regularly in my home nor pets. No need for me to attach the screws or brackets that were enclosed to secure this item to a wall.

All that I could desire with quality at an affordable price.

Just like everyone else said, it is a beautiful umbrella, however the base is very, beyond flimsy, it does not support the big beautiful umbrella. I also had a couple of screws missing from the plastic base.

I have recently renewed my Overstock obsession. Just when I got started I found out one of my orders is being shipped to the wrong address.
I contacted your Customer Service Help but they said there was nothing they can do. So, no lawn char. 👎

This rug has the exact colors I was looking for for my dining room. Delivery was prompt! Would love a runner but I believe they sold out.

I received a text that my lighting fixture arrived, but it didn’t arrive. I am unable to find my order details on the website or the app. Keeps redirecting me to ‘login’. Frustrating

I have bought a lot of items from overstock on the app . I really liked everything I have received. But recently I went to do a purchase, I put in my ZIP Code which is shared with two different cities. I put in Greenfield and the Apple automatically change it to Milwaukee. In the past, I would be able to change it back to Greenfield and it would stay. Now it will just keep changing it back to Milwaukee. This is a problem if the package is small enough work comes through the post office the post office will send me an email and make me charge a fee to change it to Greenfield so I can receive my package. If it comes to UPS. They will drop it off at a drop off site in a bad part of Milwaukee and send us an email for us to go get it. Now that I’m a widow, I won’t go in that neighborhood by myself.

After downloading the app I ordered cabinet handles which arrived in a timely manner. The color was not at all close to the picture in their catalog. When I requested a return, the asked me for picture and part numbers from the packaging and informed me that it was at the discretion of a third party seller as to whether they would take the return, and either way shipping was my responsibility. BEWARE!

This app won’t work on my iPhone. It never loads past the main page. Can’t log in due to “server error”. Clicking on an item brings me to loading page but never loads. Useless.

I love this machine! Does what it needs to do and works great!

For a coupon code not to work should be told when picking out items - in information- so you don’t waste your time looking- if coupon doesn’t apply you can move on without frustration at end of purchase

This is lovely in the blue/ green combination. It is translucent enough to bring in the light. Not inexpensive, but heavy in construction. Perfect for the center of my kitchen window.

I just received a gorgeous high back armchair from Overstock. It came 2 days early. It was easy to put together. It’s Very comfortable and I adore the color. I ordered a 2 nd one immediately.
