The Moen Flo detector is unreliable, sending false alarms and shutting off water at inconvenient times. Installation and connection to the internet are easy, but the app's water volume measurement doesn't match the website. Some users have experienced issues with high water pressure alerts and random water shut-offs. Customer support is unhelpful, and the device may stop working after a short period of time. Overall, the Moen Flo is overpriced and poorly executed.

This "smart" water main refuses to pair. The router is 10 feet away with no obstructions, walls, or other electronic gear in the path. Returning.
I had a plumber install the valve and I installed the electrical. It works well and gives you comfort knowing you can control a flooding issue or monitor for any size leak. I like the remote closing feature when we are not home. If we had this years ago we could have avoided ruining our kitchen floor from a leaky ice maker line.
Great device but trying to measure water usage for each fixture is not realistic.
Combined with water sensors is a great idea.
Very simple to install and setup . Installed in new a vacation home, only used from time to time. Neighbors were gone from their vac. Home and had a leak. THE WELL WAS EMPTIED. Not a good thing to find.
After expensive install costing over $1000 the product stopped working after 14 months. Moen said my only option is to replace it with a new one. It was two months past warranty. They said they have this problem all the time. Which is why th warranty period is only one year and they do not stand behind the product.
This seemed cheap and no way it would hold up in our application. Sending back.
