Chase Bank's mobile app receives mixed reviews from customers. While some appreciate the friendly staff, user interface, and security measures, others complain about technical glitches, inaccurate balance amounts, and difficulty linking accounts. Some also feel that the app is not as functional as it could be and that certain features, like applying for loans or setting up direct deposit, could be made more user-friendly. Overall, the app seems to have room for improvement in terms of functionality and ease of use.

Really good app very friendly to operate their little things that can improve, perhaps provide easy ways to apply for loans personal loans directly from the app
Use it and it works simple and fast great app!👍👍👍takes care of all my banking needs!!!
Lol 0.01% interest rate. See ya
Happy to work with Chase Bank the only thing that makes unhappy- overseas transactions take too long
Please fix the in app Zelle notifications. I seldom get them and have to log into my account to see money I’ve received. I only get notifications for money I’ve sent.
Hey great app and all but I was seeing y’all can make a widget for the iPhone. It makes it easier than always going in the app to see my money.
Won’t let me make the payment I want. I tried paying balance plus the pending charges, but it wouldn’t let me. Can’t set up a new savings account via the app, must drive 40 minutes away to a branch to do that then they are too busy to see me, have to make an appointment. Geez!! Somethings are just too hard to find out how to do them within the app. Had to drive into the branch but took the teller 15 minutes to find the path to simply change the amount auto save…its not under “auto save”!!
The problem is inaccurate balance amounts, chase by far is one of the finest banks but when I pay I expect it to be taken out, not a overdraft fee for things I’ve paid
Please stop showing onboarding screen for "new" version every time I open the updated app. Very annoying. Just dismiss it after the first time I skip it.
I gave 9 notifications, it seems to be alerts I get there and the screen doesn’t tell me which account has any messages. Show me all alerts!
