The app isnβt horrible but can be hard to navigate for some task and forget calling online banking! The customer service is second to none when I come to the worst service out there!
My Money Has Been Getting Taken Out Of My Account for two days in a row now because I had to dispute A Transaction a few times and chase is giving them back the money I needed back I been with chase for years and this has never happen Iβm sick of it how are u guys taken money that I needed back they will be hearing from my lawyer

I had enough to cover expenses yesterday and today it said I was overdrawn by $238 it doesnβt add up because I write balance and charges every day. I will be calling them.
Happy to work with Chase Bank the only thing that makes unhappy- overseas transactions take too long
Please fix the in app Zelle notifications. I seldom get them and have to log into my account to see money Iβve received. I only get notifications for money Iβve sent.
Trying to book a flight and keep getting logged out or it freezes
I just opened up a bank account with Chase today and Iβm excited to have an account with them. However I would really like to have my bank accounts and credit cards linked together for money management purposes. I have a CapitalOne and Discover credit card and another bank account with my local bank that Iβve had for years. I was able to connect my CapitalOne on the app then when Iβve tried to go back and link my bank account and Discover card it takes so long that it times out and signs me out my account. I would like 25-50% of my paycheck to be direct deposited into the Chase account each pay period but I wonβt be setting that up with HR until my other account is linked. Iβll keep trying I suppose.
Hey great app and all but I was seeing yβall can make a widget for the iPhone. It makes it easier than always going in the app to see my money.

This is ridiculous:
While you can install the app on another device, it's currently not possible to have more than one deviceregistered to use Chase. This means if you do install the app and log in on another device, the app will be unregistered on the old device. While you can continue to switch, please be aware that you will have to go through a new device login journey each time.

This is bullsh*t that I canβt spend my own money
Wonβt let me make the payment I want. I tried paying balance plus the pending charges, but it wouldnβt let me. Canβt set up a new savings account via the app, must drive 40 minutes away to a branch to do that then they are too busy to see me, have to make an appointment. Geez!! Somethings are just too hard to find out how to do them within the app. Had to drive into the branch but took the teller 15 minutes to find the path to simply change the amount auto saveβ¦its not under βauto saveβ!!
App developers like these guys should not force you in order to use their apps to goto a higher IOS. I am at 13 something and wonβt go any higher. I have tried to go on their website and it just gives the circle of thinking trying to login. I should be able to login minus these so called advanced features..
The problem is inaccurate balance amounts, chase by far is one of the finest banks but when I pay I expect it to be taken out, not a overdraft fee for things Iβve paid
Please stop showing onboarding screen for "new" version every time I open the updated app. Very annoying. Just dismiss it after the first time I skip it.

Works ok. Nothing above average. The reason Iβm giving it only two stars is because of the ridiculous security. I do understand the need for a very secure sign in. Now itβs getting to be so ridiculous that I started using other credit cards like Apple or Citi because itβs easier to get to my account. Chase always ask for two factors authentication. I love that. But then I have to re-enter my password after I enter the texted code. My password is very long and only accessible via password manager. I have to reopen the manager then copy and repeat. This is after I already done that. WHY!!!! Once you sent me the code, thatβs enough. Asking for the password one more time is inconvenient and I honestly donβt see how this improve security. But for sure it does increase frustration.
Like I said, Iβm using my card less and less because I donβt like/avoid using the app. May be soon i can cancel and just use something more rational rather than brainless applying security measure.
Please fix this!!! I do like Chase and would like to continue using their cards! But there is a limit
I gave 9 notifications, it seems to be alerts I get there and the screen doesnβt tell me which account has any messages. Show me all alerts!
