  • Do not bank with Chase. You have been warned. They're the worse in the banking industry. My bank card was locked and someone ran my card for $2,013. Chase let the transaction go through even when my card was locked and I didn't even have $2,013 in my account. I disputed the unautharized transactions and they still wouldn’t reverse it. So, now my bank is overdrawn and they want me to pay the $2,013 or they will close my account. I have never seen any other bank do this.😡😡

  • Everytime they do an update it gets more confusing the app only gets worse. They constanly want to run my credit and want to know what I make. Super intrusive and because they keep making changes it becomes more confusing also I keep getting double charged on things when they think someone else is using my card it's so annoying

  • Leaving a bad taste for me not being able to use my debit card in person today and im happy it wasn't only me. Check it out, you dont clock in to my Monday - Friday 40hrs a week job nor pay my bills and itger finances so this issue better be resolved soon because i have bills coming up!! This is seriously leaving me unimpressed and i just came to chase from leaving stupid bmo harris so idk man get your you know what together!!!!!
