Not worth the money poor sound quality

Now that I have used this headset in a Google Meet session, I can provide a good, factual review! Before the meeting began, I requested an audio report. I received a report of being distorted, indicating that I was driving it too hard. I tweaked the mic position further away from my mouth, and everything sounded excellent.

Positioning the mic involves rotating the boom from above my eyes down to around my mouth and tweaking the mic's position by bending the flexible boom extension containing the mic on one end. Further positioning also involves placement of the headset on my head to position the mic where it needs to be.

Recorded music from a music service sounds great in the earpiece. The meeting participants, of course, have varying audio quality, but were very readable, except when one participant was breathing on his microphone.

Recording myself using Audacity sound recording software allowed me to discover that I could not adjust my microphone to breathe on it, a good thing to know.

It took me a few attempts to connect Bluetooth to discover that I must hold the power button for two seconds to turn the power on, and two more seconds to pair the headset. My Android phone captured it while I was trying to pair it to my Linux computer's Bluetooth. I held the power button to re-enter pairing mode, allowing me to pair with the computer successfully.

I have not used the BlueParrott button or software.

The condition of this headset was like new, having been sold by another seller for less money. I see where I could have paid over $100 more from other sellers, as well.

The headset is very comfortable to wear. It is well worth my investment to improve my experience on Zoom or Google meetings.

for all the hype about quality these are mediocre at best. sound quality is nothing to brag about. on ear muffs are painful after a while, should have over the ear to help block out more of the road sounds and would be more comfortable. I contacted them to see if there are larger ear muffs that I could buy and they said no. Still searching for a good high quality headset that has good sound quality and noise cancellation :(

I had no issues with connecting this to my phone, it is clear sounding and comfortable
