  • Notifications are flaky

    The notifications are flaky at best.

    I’m not sure if it’s a background processing thing or something else but I don’t always seem to get notifications for every call. Furthermore, I’ve never seen it come through my Apple Watch either.

  • Good idea, mediocre execution

    The app is user friendly, I like how it takes images of each person who buzzes in (for safety/security). One major problem is it will only connect to one phone. I live with roommates so i have to buzz in all of my roommates guests which gets annoying. The panel outside the building frequently doesn’t work.

  • Horrible app, very buggy

    This app is horrendous. It rarely rings through. My screen gets blocked with a message saying the way I’m going to sign into it will change and to click a link to sign in and it won’t let me. Then I get stuck trying to unsuccessfully reset password. If I dare click on the box to not receive marketing information, which I absolutely don’t want, it won’t let me complete the password reset because I can’t then scroll to enter.

  • App doesn't work at all

    Makes me log in every single time. Auto logs out and doesn't save my log in info. Doesn't save call logs. Doesn't auto pick up. Totally useless app. Do not use this service.

  • Phone doesn’t actually ring or vibrate when calls come through

    Basically the notification will show on screen but if you’re jot looking at your phone at that exact moment you miss the call bc there’s no ring or vibrate. And yes my settings are on “correctly”
