Several annoying bugs, but the number of features the free tier has is pretty enticing.
Mobile App interface is too large and doesn’t take enough use of the screen real estate. You should be able to see everything related to a task on one screen without having to tap on 3 different tabs. I have to manually refresh constantly since the app doesn’t sync itself. They’ve been teasing ClickUp 3.0 for over 6 months but the Beta is still nowhere to be seen even for users who have been on the waitlist since day one. What’s going on at ClickUp? I want to be a fan and I left Asana for you but need reliability and honest communications.
Seems like every few updates there’s a major bug where when you edit a DOC on the iPhone, it doesn’t actually save.
However, because it’s intermittent you never know what important information you’re going to add to a meeting, phone number you going to write down, or financial record you’re going to notate, that just won’t get saved.
Quality is less important than inconsistency, ask McDonald’s how it’s going for them.
ITS 2023!!! GET IT TOGETHER
- Basic, drab UI
- Docs that never load
Thats pretty much it but SO aggravating we left Asana for this
Sent me marketing spam. Unsubscribing was a nuisance. Why do you assume I want marketing from a product I’m just trying out? Why not ask me? Why not give me the option to opt out when downloading or installing or using for the first time? This product is not for me, I don’t care for spam.
4/21/2023 - received developer response. I can contact them to unsubscribe — cause everyone would know that and it’s not at all a nuisance. And what is my input on the app itself. Response unhelpful for me, is only seeking help for them. Was I unclear about not wanting to receive spam? Cause their “response” is spam. My initial review states my opinion quite clearly. Apparently the developers cannot read, so I’ll try again: I will never use this product because of your spamming and unsubscribe and continued contact garbage and lack of customer respect. DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN. NOT FOR ANY PURPOSE. NOT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS DEMAND. NOT FOR ANY REASON, NOT EVER.
None of the instructions for syncing iPhone or outlook calendars actually work so I scrapped it
All the lies about your vaporware will catch up soon. Trust me.
Search on mobile is just nearly useless, you can search for something and get 50 results with all the same title for some reason.
There’s no time tracking integrations like Harvest or Toggl on mobile.
Impossible to navigate
This app consistently crashes within ten seconds of opening it. Without fail. Every time. I can’t get anything done in mobile because of this.
What’s 20 years working in corporate America, I have operated on a numerous number of platforms like Asana, meister task, and Base Camp, just to name a few. I will admit I did try downloading this once, but I looked kind of complex from the mobile app. But after wanted to try something new to manage my personal and professional tasks and goals, I gave it a whirl and dove into it had first and it’s mind blowing how many features you get even with the free version! It gives you a few automations, which is really nice for like auto assigning tasks to yourself, the web browser is very easy to navigate and I like the idea that you can tag all your favorites at the top to quickly navigate where you want to go. For an enterprise or an organization, needing a robust project management software, I could imagine any of the page versions being a ton of horsepower. For me personally the free version does more than I needed to do manage my own tasks. Thanks ClickUp you’re at the head of the pack.!
Use a burner email because they will never stop the daily emails even if you unsubscribe.
Too confusing; too many steps to just to one thing.
I love using ClickUp on my browser. Usually works well and as the slogan says, it really comes close to replacing everything else.
But one issue with the app - OFTEN the comment function doesn’t work. I’ll attach files and leave a comment, hit SEND and it will just hang there and not work. Very annoying.
My tech guy told me this app was a must for me so I downloaded it. It’s the single most glitchy app I’ve ever encountered. I can’t even sign up. I’m pretty tech savvy so this should have been a snap. Think I may fire my tech guy.
I am currently in the process of opening a small boutique and was looking for a project management style app to easily relay job tasks, reminders, shift details, etc. So far, it’s been a little challenging to understand the flow but the more I tinker with it, the more it makes sense. The main issue I am currently having is the app on my iPad will not let me just login to my account. It keeps trying to make me sign up when I already have. Crazy thing is, I was able to login once and somehow I logged out and have not been able to simply re-login. Can the developers help with this issue? I will keep using the web interface but if I cannot use the mobile, I will have to choose a different route, which I do not want to.
I love using ClickUp for me and my team on the desktop version, but I do not understand all the great ratings, this app is trash. There is basically only one main view that you can use - all tasks by calendar date, you can’t filter by almost anything at all, you can’t filter by the people assigned, I can never get the results I expect when searching, I can’t sort or change views, I literally feel like I can’t do anything at all in this app. I can’t even find the newest tasks that I created while inside the app.
The tool and the desktop website version are great, this app is horrible and actually makes me feel real anger anytime I try to open and use it.
Signed up and started using this only to find that most of the features do not work at all. THEN when entering a document the pencil feature just stopped working completely with no way to recover.
Do everyone a favor and take down this app and stop wasting our time.
I want to organize my tasks, i add my tasks one more times, cant see where taka are going. cant go back from the other screen. Very bad user experience.
For some reason I am just having one problem after another and getting added to a team I am working with. The link they sent to the whole team to get added for some reason was just taking me back to my workspace. So then I had the leader of the group send me another link, but now it’s saying the workspace doesn’t exist or I don’t have access. There was another team member that said that there was an incorrect sub ID or something. The whole point of the app is to collaborate, so they really need to take a hard look at this.
Overall love the app. Use it all the time.
Some notes:
- On iOS app, can’t input tables into docs
- An ‘everything’ lineup of lists that exists in a workspace should exist for all workspaces you’re a part of
- When clicking on a link to a certain space (e.g. bookmark or iOS widget set to diff workspaces), it takes you to the workspace you were most recently in, not the link you clicked
I don’t need to be bothered by interactive notifications while I’m traveling. But, with badges enabled… no badge notifications. Please fix.
So many bugs and the app keeps crashing
Although there is always room for improvement (specially in the app vs desktop version) i’ve tried Most of the rest, Monday, Asana, Trello. Clickup takes the lead by far because of the most broad and organized hierarchy. It makes the work intuitively, simple and powerful.
Still much can be done to improve but so far, as a paid subscriber I am very satisfied.
Its greate to update labguage option with persian language.
Now its show persian characters reverse.
Please fix this issue
Missing a lot of features and options and customization that is available on the web view.
Extremely buggy now on iOS16. Notes no longer have the checkbox option, well its there, but it just doesn’t work.
Notes do not save randomly, and will actually delete things, which is really, really frustrating.
Currently the only way to back out of the Notes is to force close the app and restart.
ClickUp is great overall, way better than Jira, especially for customization and the ability to assign multiple people to a task.
It is just way, way too buggy for mobile devices and the app needs a ton of love.
This is a mobile app not a desktop. , this needs to be rebuilt for simplicity. Right now its just too many clicks to do anything
It’s unacceptable for this app to be lacking so many features from the desktop experience…this is just a stretched out version of the iPhone app.
I own an iPad Pro, I should be able to do EVERYTHING on my tablet that I do on the desktop. This version lacks key features including:
- no whiteboard (seriously?!)
- no box view
- no gantt view
- no timeline view
- no mind map
- no table etc.
Seriously, this version is unacceptable. One star until they bring in more features from the desktop to the iPad. I bought a pro device, I expect a pro experience.
As stated in the title, one of the main functions that I use ClickUp for is to create custom fields and be able to add new information into ClickUp as needed. However, when one goes the create a new column, there is no ability to create a new custom field. If there is the ability to create a custom field within the app, it is so hidden that it becomes infuriating to find.
On top of that, it feels like the app is missing far to many basic features of ClickUp that it makes me not want to use the app. I don’t understand how the browser experience is so good but the app experience is so terrible. Hopefully, this is something that will receive some serious updates or I may have to consider using a different platform.
Clickup is amazing and a great tool. I love the desktop/web version, but the mobile app (at least for me) doesn't seem to work that well on my iPhone. Tasks and deadlines were not syncing at all, and I downloaded the app to see if it'd serve well as a task reminder for me throughout the day. I hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks.
Have to input multiple times for single task. Just give me a save button

Trendyol users have mixed opinions about the app. Some appreciate the bridge it creates between buyers and sellers, while others have had negative experiences with undelivered or faulty products. There are complaints about unhelpful customer service and high shipping fees. Despite these issues, some users praise the installment payment option and affordable prices. However, there is a general sentiment of dissatisfaction with the overall service and the lack of responsiveness to customer complaints.

CapCut is a great app for beginners to edit videos for free. It has many cool features, is easy to use, and available on phones or desktops. However, some users had trouble finding templates or experienced issues with the app. Despite this, CapCut is recommended as a content creation tool that helps improve views and likes on TikTok. The app offers a lot, including options for different effects, but it takes a significant amount of phone storage.
