Capitalize never finished my 401k rollover. I spoke with an agent named Colton on February 6, 2024 and was told it would take roughly a week to complete the rollover. Now coming up on the end of the month (2/27/24), I have yet to see my funds in my new IRA. I have emailed support every other day for the last week and left 4 voicemails only to be completely ignored. I’m writing this review in hopes that 1) no one uses this service as it’s much better to just do it on your own and 2. I’m hoping capitalize sees this and finishes my rollover as there is no other way I can think of to reach them.
