    Det er fint nok at banken er der. Men der er ingen indlånsrente på min opsparingskonto, så det er som at gemme mine penge under min virtuelle madras, hvor der ikke så meget som ruller under 1 kr. pr. opsparing.

  • Desværre har jeg kun haft dårlige oplevelser

    Ekspedienterne er altid meget venlige, men desværre virker det som om Grønlandsbanken ikke har styr på småting.
    Jeg måtte bestille mit VisaDankort 3 gange før jeg endelig fik det hvilket tog 4 måneder.
    NemID Har jeg også bestilt for 3 gang nu, da det første blev spærret fordi jeg aldrig modtog en midlertidig kode, og det andet modtog jeg bare aldrig.
    Det kan ikke passe at man skal vente 4 måneder hver gang man bestiller noget. Meget ineffektiv og langsom service er desværre noget jeg har oplevet igen og igen. Desværre har jeg hørt de samme historier fra bekendte med samme oplevelser, så jeg har nok ikke bare været uheldig.
