    Wonderful location in the hear of Holland Park. The rooms and facility were very clean and the vibe was friendly, respectful and peaceful. Staff were very friendly, professional and were attentive when addressing needs. Would definitely stay again.

    NO VAYAS AQUÍ. Uno de los peores albergues en los que he estado. El personal es extremadamente grosero, las duchas no funcionan correctamente, no limpian los baños. Absolutamente repugnantes, sucios, extraños y espeluznantes viejos en todas partes, lleven su dinero a otra parte.

    El personal es terrible, muy antipático y grosero, la ubicación es perfecta pero es demasiado ruidoso ya que está al lado de algún tipo de teatro o escenario donde hay actuaciones musicales todos los días, las habitaciones olían mal, las máquinas expendedoras no cargadas y varios artículos no se podían dispensar, el desayuno no vale 8 libras

    Mi sento di consigliare questo ostello ubicato nel bel mezzo di Holland Park, nel cuore di Londra. Struttura curata in un bellissimo palazzo immerso nel verde.Camere spaziose e non troppo affollate, bagno condiviso pulito e moderno. Letto comodo.

  • Excelente pero... para un miembro del personal.

    El albergue es excelente, pero un miembro del personal del turno de noche (15/02/2024) nos echó del salón y del bar a las 05:30 diciendo que estaba cerrado y que abre a las 07:00. Tenía la impresión de que el salón, el bar y la recepción están abiertos las 24 horas. El desayuno es a las 07:00. Fue grosero y arrogante y dijo que es mi regla. Aparte de él, el albergue es bueno y todos los demás miembros del personal fueron educados.

    Ikke rene toiletter. Elendig beliggenhed. Stedet er helt vildt billigt, så det skal kun være for at spare penge, at man vælger Safestay Kensington Holland Park. Vil du købe en vand om aften (hvor alle supermarkeder har lukket), skal du af med £2 for en dåse, hvilket er dumt at man ikke kan købe en flaske at have med sig på værelset
