What is a pre-built machine learning (ML) model? 

Pre-built machine learning models are the ready-to-use models to help our users to classify their data easily without creating a custom machine learning model, prepared by the Kimola team. There are various pre-built models that are created with different labels for different business needs, where users can classify their unstructured text data that is collected from various sources such as e-mails, chats, call centers or social media.
