    Over charged me for 2 months and every time i tried to resolve it they said they had and it does it again.
    Taking ÂŁ90 in total out of my bank is unacceptable.

  • Cant even log on

    l downloaded the app and it worked okay for a couple of weeks.
    Now, when l log on it asks me to create an 8 digit security number, and then a new password.
    After l've done that it says "sorry, something's gone wrong, please try again later"
    l've tried numerous times and always get the same message. l've contacted support but had no response.

    Sect phone never worked properly trued to log a call online which doesn't work!
    They charge one off late payment charge of ÂŁ40 for a service which is not working
    Calls a distorted , try turnoff dnd and call firward in app don't work
