  • Doesn’t work on iPad

    Tried doing ID check on iPad. Ok until I got to where it asks you scan passport chip and couldn’t get it to work. Only shows how to do it with phone. I skipped the step thinking I could switch and do it on my phone and it then told me I could submit so I did but without confidence. Tried phone and it told me I’d already submitted my passport. Not happy this has worked.

  • Overall experience pathetic

    Such a bad user experience to load data via this app. It doesn’t allow to load the digital copy. Now a days everything is digital and it asks you to take picture to load supporting documents. NFC scan step is pathetic . They need to put fund and resource in rnd to improve user experience .

  • Requirements

    Trying to abide by rules dimensions and such just to prove I’m not committing any offence or money laundering is a complete fiasco !
    All I’m trying to do is move on with my life not give some platform my auto biography to possibly pass on to third parties.
    Absolutely waste of time and resources.
    Just sell my bloody house.

  • Issues with submitting

    I was confirm long my profile through this app twice. First time no issues - scanned passport, took a selfie, added bill as a proof address Super quick super easy.
    Second time though I had to scan my passport TWICE!!! Add bill , add driving licence and even that wasn’t enough. I had to dig out my ID card to scan that too and only then could submit it all. Was at the verge of mental break down during the process and it doesn’t even say what else it wants from you. Just that you have to scan another ID - I don’t have any more !!!!!
    The worst experience with this type of app ever
