    Bot warning preventing a booking.It's impossible to complete booking through website because they flag you as a bot. There is also no captcha to confirm something like "I'm not a bot".

    Call centre agent literally said "you have nothing more to add, bye" and hanged up on me! 😂😭. And I was being polite and friendly... Where are these cowboys located? I've never experienced this in the UK....
