I had uninstalled the app earlier but had to install it again as I met with accident, but the co-ordination with the resturant still needs to improve. Even the customer service lies with the customer.

The orders are getting cancelled after waiting for a long time frequently. Either the restaurant is closed or the item is out of stock. This is causing inconvenience as we wait so long for the delivery and finally get disappointed.

Several times I requested swiggy on phone as well as write mail to update my location but no action was taken. In my last order, I call the delivery partner to tell him about my correct location. Surprisingly delivery man talked rudely to me. It was very shocking. It seems swiggy people forget to train their delivery partner and become arrogant. I will no longer place order on swiggy.
