It's a bus. Don't expect luxury. Expect crumbs on your seat, children making noise, iffy air conditioning, and for the bus driver to ask you for a tip. They got me to my destination quickly and safely. Won't ride again, if it can be avoided.
First they do not enforce the assign seating so then you scramble for a seat, second less room in the seat then on a airplane and if you get stuck by the exit window it rattles and blows in wind . Only good thing was they are on schedule.
Terrible. Bus was 2 hours late. A van with no bathroom picked us up in Austin and drove us to Houston. No space to store luggage. We had to pile suitcases in passage way. Very unsafe.
