I booked the king suite with skyline view and it was dirty! Even the quilt was dirty! I told to the customer suport and they don’t even apply! The heat was too noisy we couldn’t sleep !
We stayed here a charge “deposite” $100 was needed. No receipt nor 100$ deposit back after check out then, I had call private to get through and talk too someone. Not professional.
