  • The worst hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. Booked from 12th April to the 23rd April and had to leave on the 16th. Where can I start…..instead of a 4 star it’s a 2 star.My experience was horrendous - second night in I received a cleaning bill of 1500AED after room services cleaned up our room. Due to the fact it was obviously a situation where body fluids (vomit) had to be cleaned I was okay to pay and just move on. Now day after this I receive another cleaning bill of 2000AED from housekeeping….for what you may ask? No idea! Now I’m fuming as we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned, me and my wife left the room and left the do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel clearly violated their privacy rules and enter our room without permission with clear signage on the door stating do not disturb. It felt like they intentionally targeted us as we agreed to pay the first charge and they assumed we are happy enough to pay for it again. They clearly were trying to scam us because as soon as I confronted the front desk they brought the hotel manager to us and “waved” the 2000AED fee so miraculously. The housekeeping did not clean our room and did not replace the covers and pillows. The bathroom had cockroaches and there was construction sounds going on that did not let us sleep during the night. The window in the room did not open and the fridge was in a shocking state. The worst was that the hotel staff were not even helpful. We had to leave and they told me we will refund you but “can’t promise” the refund. I told them you can’t say we will refund you but can’t promise. Worst ever hotel……I’d recommend for all that look into this hotel to stay away from this dump as far away as possible. They are happy to scam and violate hotel rules and privacy to make money.Rooms: Out dated with broken fridge, cockroaches in the toilet and mouldy bathtubSafety: Entered our room when there was a do not disturb sign on
