  • Great location and facilities, but such a consistently poor service and training that after every visit we feel like we should give other hotels a try instead. The towel boy just spent 1.5 hours hounding us for towel tickets soon as we arrived to the kids swimming pool with two toddlers and paid for the cabana. Naturally toddlers being toddlers, they didn’t wait for us to get all our admin together do mum and I split up to get the check-in sorted. Then the towel boy (Lachmar) disappeared so we put the remaing towel passes down and went to the swimming pool. Next thing I see he approaches my wife at the pool with the manager and tells her that he will report her. Report her for what?! We go back to the cabana that we already paid for and give him the towel tickets (although I have already previously given him tickets that day too, so it’s not like there is any reason to hassle your paying guests, much less, to make such public humiliation). In the end, the guy gets his coveted tickets and we are still waiting for the towels :)))
