DĂšs le dĂ©but, c’est compliquĂ© pour venir rĂ©cupĂ©rer mon vĂ©hicule, on m’annonce un dĂ©lai de 15 jours (alors que j’avais payĂ©) et je ne peux pas choisir le jour et l’heure. ObligĂ© de passer par le responsable pour trouver une date.Lors de l’achat, le vĂ©hicule a un peu plus de 50 000 km et Ă  peine 5 000 km parcourus avec un problĂšme de chaine de distribution apparaĂźt. Le vĂ©hicule est alors rĂ©parĂ© par une concession Peugeot Ă  Roncq (trĂšs professionnels au demeurant). Le garage de CompiĂšgne met plusieurs jours Ă  rĂ©pondre et surtout, alors qu’ils promettent un paiement en 24h, ceux-ci ne le rĂ©alisent que 15 jours plus tard. A savoir que si les travaux. Personnel aimable. Parfait comme chaque fois. Personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able.

A savoir que si les travaux ne sont pas payĂ©s il est impossible de rĂ©cupĂ©rer son vĂ©hicule.Et maintenant, clou du spectacle, ma 308 a actuellement 72 000 km et je dois changer mon joint de culasse. C’est une panne non seulement prise en compte par la garantie mais surtout inadmissible pour une voiture si peut kilomĂ©trĂ©e. La garantie prend en charge une grosse partie des travaux mais il reste 621 € non couverts. Le garage qui s’occupe de la rĂ©paration a fait le nĂ©cessaire et a contactĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises les commerciaux de Peugeot CompiĂšgne, soit sans rĂ©ponse, soit avec comme unique rĂ©ponse « nous ne payerons pas ».En bref il m’ont vendu une voiture qui est dĂ©fectueuse sur plusieurs points mais surtout ils ne prennent pas leur responsabilitĂ© et n’ont aucun sens du commerce.Alors que je suis un grand fan de la marque, ils ont rĂ©ussi Ă  m’en dĂ©gouter.Je vous dĂ©conseille vivement ce garage.
