  • Visited DC for work, and I am very happy with this hotel. Asia at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. My one disappointment is the lack of a concierge lounge for titanium guests. , Overall, I am very happy with this choice.

  • We found cigarette butts, under and next to our bed ( we are not smokers ) the service was subpar. Only the one gentleman at the front was helpful. Pricey valet as well. Overall. Room was clearly not cleaned pristinely enough for us to find

  • The Valet person I encountered on 2/24/2024 at 5:30 pm is a scammer. The sign said $22 .. the guy told me it would be $80 to park my car. I didn’t let him park my car as I was not paying $80 nor did I trust a crook with my car. Beware

  • We got charged twice. Putting my account in the red. Tried to get it resolved and went through to many hoops. Stay was great and convenient to the monuments. Service was good. No free breakfast.
