Your app is down and I’m completely locked out of my car in the cold Midwest winter
I can’t for the life of me figure out why the app is rated so high. Half the time I can’t log in and we can’t even control the door locks on the ID series vehicles. It falsely shows inaccurate range and vehicle’s statuses such as open doors that are actually closed. VW has failed miserably on software and still is.
Remote Lock and Unlock Stopped working after a year despite keeping the all updated
Probably the worst app, does not sync with the car. Was told by support the issue has to be resolved y the dealer, the dealer told me no issue they can find issue must be resolved by car net team. Big loop end result nothing.
Sometimes login screen just keeps loading but doesn’t take you to page. Also when turning on heat or fogger it just loads but doesn’t even turn on.
This new version no longer displays the SOC for models first edition or 2021. If you have a 2023 it will display the SOC.
UPDATE: the dealer updated my car from 2.1 all the way to 3.1, and now the app works, displaying the SOC.
