The Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app has received a mix of feedback from users. Many appreciate its convenience, user-friendly interface, and the ability to save time and money. Positive reviews highlight the app's ease of use, organization, and efficient delivery service. However, some users express frustration due to frequent changes that complicate navigation and the app's performance, especially in areas with poor internet connectivity. Issues such as discrepancies between online stock and in-store availability, along with missing features like the 'Substitute Everything' option, have led to dissatisfaction among certain users. Overall, while the app is generally well-received, improvements are needed to enhance user experience and functionality.

Very easy to use and find items, especiawith search store.
This app works fine... when you can actually get into it. In our local tesco the Internet signal is very poor and the app won't open, I never think to open it before I go there so allowing users to screen shot the QR code would be very helpful as I could save it to my gallery and access when needed, like I do with my Asda rewards bar code. As it stands, I have to give 1 star because I can never use this app in store.
I log on pick what I want and pay. It's simple and straight forward.
Many items on the last order screen are missing which is really annoying. Also having the ability to look at more previous orders than just the last one would be good. This used to be in the app and was a useful feature.
The constant tinkering with this app has made it no better. Taking away the option of a "Substitute Everything" box to now having to tick every single item to say you want it substituting is dreadful. 2 weeks ago there was an option to rate the products. You took that off quick, I assume because you didn't like it when people rated them honestly. You only wanted the good reviews. Every time you put in a change that accidentally helps the consumer you remove it quickly.
