  • My complaint is resolved

    I originally had a terrible customer experience but all credit to Crew they have resolved my complaint and put things right. The product is great hopefully they will improve their customer service during busy periods.

  • Bad customer service

    Returned a fleece because it was too big and requested a smaller size . Still having received it and only an automated message forthcoming. I would like either the garment or a refund ASAP.

    I placed an order 29/12/2023 and to date despite 3 emails to them I have not received any reply. I have read that a number of executives have resigned. the company cannot be contacted by telephone. Are they still trading?
